Follow an institution's published figures through the versions held in this record. Projections and estimates remain visible when they change; authoritative outcomes are added when they become available.
A Resolution record follows one institution's figures for a defined quantity. It may contain projections, estimates or measured observations. Each version held here keeps its publication date and source, so a newer figure does not erase the earlier one.
An issuer may revise a figure as evidence improves, a budget changes or its outlook shifts. Those revisions are shown as changes between dated versions. A correction to Countability's own work is identified separately.
A projection can be compared with an authoritative outcome when an audited result or finalized statistical release arrives. Until then, the record remains open. The latest estimate is not treated as the outcome, and a conditional scenario is not treated as a prediction.
Some records await an outcome; others contain both settled and open positions. A measured record may have nothing to settle: its history of revisions is the evidence. The groups below distinguish these cases.
Countability reports the published figures and their differences. It does not choose a winning institution, infer forecasting competence or conceal a superseded estimate.
